Our team works to ensure your medication and essential items reach you promptly. We only offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for delivery across the UK.

Dispatch Schedule

• • Orders with a completed consultation before 2pm with a clinician are dispatched the same day.

• • Orders with consultations completed after 2pm, or received on weekends or Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24):

• • Delivery typically within 1–2 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

• • Orders delivered to remote locations may take an additional 1–2 days.

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays:

• • Will be processed the next working day and dispatched according to Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail Tracked 24 tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Exceptions

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, strikes, or delays within Royal Mail.

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has left our warehouse, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

Important Notes

• • All orders are delivered Monday to Saturday; Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

• • Delivery to remote areas may take an extra 1–2 working days.

• • This service is only available within the United Kingdom.
